Flipping/buy and hold and general realestate investing.

Hi BP family, I've done 3 flips so far, a few hiccups but overall happy with the results.

Hi, I am looking for a property to flip outside uptown charlotte.

Good Evening,I currently have an offer in a property for my first fix and flip. 

Bragg, Fayetteville, NC area,Any one ever purchased a home with no money from their pockets and flipped it then made a profit?

Are plan is to flip until we have the gain additional capital to increase our buy and hold portfolio.

I know that it would be prime for flipping, but I don't know if it's a wise idea to try and flip a property when one, I'm still a poor college kid and can't afford to make the payments while work is being done and two, I'm a ten hour drive away from the property.

I've been reading a lot of great information and gaining inspiration to do more deals in Fix & flip and multifamily rental units.

I am from Melbourne Australia and am beginning to invest in Vegas.My strategy is to wholesale and build capital to do flips and rentals. 

Flip, wholesale, keep as a buy and hold.
