What does hydro static pressure have to do with the foundation of a home? 

I can't see much from the photos, but those window unit air conditioners don't help the building.

Any opinion on how to pressure them to give me refund??

Ideally, the attic air temp should be the same as outside.

Also, there are some plumbing issues, along many little things like faucet leaks, stove burners not worker, ac air-flow not working properly, etc.  

@Ndy Onyido  as for Acronyms you should listen to pilots and Air traffic control.. sometimes called ATC... there is a whole book of them..

The water pressure was so bad when we bought it that it took 20 minutes to fill the tub to wash the kids.

Personally I do not mind bringing business somewhere else, last year I bought 3,000 angle stops and 3,000 faucet SS hoses, sent them a sample/spec, HD sells them for $6-8/pc, supplier prices were $1-1.15/pc, spent another $.50-.60/pc on air cargo and etc.

Best of all, check towards the airport or past the air a bit.

However, I'm concerned this  might kill my deal if the buyer decides to run an air quality test.
