Illinois Disclosure on Mold- Air quality test

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of flipping a house and interior work will start this coming week. This is a foreclosure and the village inspector found mold in the building, which was disclosed to me prior to buying the property.

My contractor said there are ways to remove the mold without calling a remediation company. However, I'm concerned this  might kill my deal if the buyer decides to run an air quality test. Even though I will be fixing the mold through my contractor, am I obligated to disclose there was mold in the house? Should I run an air quality test after the mold is remediated by my contractor?
