I also want to star investing in real estate as soon as possible.

If you may recall watching school house rock as a kid, tax bills are first created in the House and then sent to the Senate, and when approved, go to the President for his signature.Real Estate has a lot of great incentives to make lots of money. 

I had a guest with a 3-star rating instant book my place(how is this possible???).

I know that's the way to make the most and some of you are rockstars at it, I just don't think I can swing it right now. 

The other group are the rock stars at their job that work each day to be their best at everything they do, but know they can do more and look to real estate because of the potential it offers.  

@Matthew Passando I also live in Rhode Island and read the same book but I ended up choosing Little Rock, AR.I know the crime rate is high in other areas of the country especially if you compare with some places in RI.
