I haven't had any luck finding videos or pictures of how this is best done by searching Google yet, but I'll keep plugging away.

So now the plywood will be removed, treated and allowed to completely dry out and replace a couple of feet closest to the w/d connections .I will create a document with pictures and copies of all receipts (labor and materials).I will be glad when this mess is over.

@Jon Holdman They motioned the court with the other offer, which is 220 with 5% down with a 30 yr mortgage.

Even though I had gone through the motions in the past, I am getting more advice and resources here than I ever have before.
