Pretty easy to monitor what other people on your same network are doing... 2) A person in the Wi-Fi can scan all devices connected to that Wi-Fi... this has now become common since there were a few prominent cases of creepy hosts with hidden cameras to spy on their guests (use a 3rd wi-fi if you want to hide other legitimate equipment for this reason to avoid misunderstanding — e.g. a doorbell camera pointed OUT of the property).  3) You can control the bandwidth of each network and keep it balanced 50/50... so if one guest is running 5 Netflix shows doesn’t impact the speed of the other

The most obvious being to:1. use MLS data for sold property from at least three realtors that includes: list price, sales price, days on market, cumulative days on market, beds, baths, to see sales trends/DOM2. walk a LOT of property that is currently for sale3. drive by a LOT of recent sales with comp sales info in hand4. spend a LOT of time MONITORING (not just looking at) Craigslist to determine rents5. reviewing sites like www.rentometer.com to check/validate what I saw on Craigslist6. reading the local paper for several months regarding local trends and events7. and reviewing the target market on sites like http://www.neighborhoodscout.com. 8.

YOU brought this on yourself; The management company did not pay/deposit 4 months of rent payment to my accountStarting around the 30th of the month I start monitoring my account balance (it's online now, welcome to the 21st century), any deposit that's not posted by the third of the month I'm on the phone looking for it.
