WE have a couple rental houses around Mobile, Al.

The first was for a mobile home, which isn't something I'm interested in pursuing so I thanked him for the call and wished him luck.The second was an angry call.

Hey, it's the long time owners jacking up the prices on their shacks ; )I offered $105K for a single wide mobile on a 45' lot last week, and the long time owner wouldn't even counter.

I'm interested in learning all aspects of real estate investing but am specifically interested in multifamily commercial properties, mobile home parks, discount note purchasing and wholesaling both commercial and residential properties.

That could disqualify me from buying from 2 to 5 years if I can't prove extenuating circumstances.Until home prices go up enough to make people mobile again the economy will continue to struggle (can't go where the jobs are because you can't move) and the housing market will struggle (no one is buying, no demand).

I am always looking to network and love buying mobile homes that I can move to my locations from all over the state.

When bidding at a tax lien auction, you will get title to the land, not neccessarily title to the mobile home, as the mobile home is personal and not real property, unless specified in the auction sale as including the mobile home.

Can you tell me what your experience has been like when investing in a mobile home on land?
