When I completed schedule E and wanted  to enter the profit I received from the rental houses on form 1040, the 2018 instructions say put it on line 17, which is totally wrong on the new 2018 1040.  

I made the offer without entering the home only walking around it.

And "Show Summary" is generated for every single record entered within the lead interaction.

It was easy to understand and as I started entering my rental properties into the system I realized it was super easy to use and had everything my spreadsheet had but MORE... lots MORE!!!

If you enter exp as a new agent you would be assigned a mentor until you’ve closed 3 transactions however, I do believe it’s better to get face-to-face, hands-on experience with experienced agents first.

Sounds like in this case  you entered into an agreement that you didn't understand or want. 

Always be aware of the situation you are entering into, and try and mitigate any risk you have is able. 

I'm not saying these things WILL happen, but they are certainly possibilities if you enter a relationship where trust is not certain. 

I personally would never enter into something like that or put that on my tenants.

If you do not know how to screen properly you are entering into very dangerious territory.
