I legit take my bike to the Kings games so I love that aspect of it too.Folsom drive can be a nightmare during traffic times, EG is rough too but I think Folsom is much more of a trek and you have to go through ALLLLL of sac before you even get to the causeway.

My main concern with short term would be the traffic in and out of the property.
