Based on this ruling, the City no longer has any regulations for short term rentals.This should clear up an confusion about weather STR are allowed as the courts have unambiguously decided that they are both permitted and protected.

Obviously having a 60+ unit portfolio affords me the opportunity to have a revenue (fractional) - so if you only have a couple of properties in 1 or only a few markets you should be able to base off of your competition and booking trends.

The two lenders I contacted through the "Find a Lender" option never called me back, so I am looking for a local and relatively small credit union or bank I can talk to about taking out a HELOC so I can invest fairly soon.Any recommendations?
