And hey, if that person is the one out finding the best deals on the mls and taking the time to run numbers with you, or finding off-mls deals, they earned their check and it would be a dick move to cut them out (incidentally Daniel, whatever agent spent all that time running numbers and teaching you so well that you don't need an agent any more...
