No different than cooking your own dinner or paying for the convenience of having a Chef at the restaurant cook it. ya sounds good but your changing culture that has been going on for the buyers entire lifetime.

I've gotten into the habit of aways cleaning when I have a spare few minutes while cooking dinner or in the common spaces.

I did some projects around the house, chilled a bit, cooked a lot (I has now a stay at home husband with a working wife) and then decided that watching daytime TV and watching rents come in was not very fulfilling. 

Think areas where there aren't too many cooks in the kitchen already.
