Just with those basic daily tasks you are down to about 6 hours a day to  relax, poop, cook, shop, clean, spend time with friends and loved ones.   

Timing at times is everything and selling or renting around the holidays is a double whammy as people have other things on their minds. 

Fannie Mae is usually the go to for more relaxed guidelines. 

After hosting 4 people for the holidays, we suddenly had a major plumbing issue... turns out, a root has broken into the main... so stuff happens, sometimes timing is weird!  

There are A LOT of horror stories of people losing money and houses getting trashed when people are relaxed self-managing.     

For me I start at 4 to 5 in the morning. because of all my east coast investments.. by 10am it calms down as they are at lunch. then I go the bank and notarize my deeds on properties I am selling that day and then wire out funds for the new buys that day.. then off I go for a quick bite then drive around Portland looking at my houses here I am building... and get home bout 3 ish then work out. and finally relax about 5.. pickup evening e mails and call it a day about 8pm  and I do this many times ( except for the banking part ) 7 days a week...

I hope you were still getting some bookings over slow season and the holidays.

Now I'm much more relaxed and literally analyze a property in my head, then run it through the BP calculator just to cross check for mistakes.
