@Nick Apada There is no real way to know what the outstanding hoa debt is prior to bidding, unless you can get them to give you a ballpark, which they are not supposed to do, but sometimes will.  

Hi Elizabeth,Given the current rental demand in the Denver Metro Area we no longer allow pets and have had no problem attracting quality, pet free, tenants.

And there are some MFRs available as well.Most of Largo is a little higher up on the  chart (in neighborhood quality and price point) than Pinellas Park, so it really just depends on what you're looking for.
