If the federal moratorium is extended by March 31st, the results will be disastrous as many smaller players are barely hanging in now. 

This will probably be the final nail on the coffin for a few large retailers that were hanging on by a thread. 

Not quite the same as a fully brick and mortar office based model.For Realtors who don't plan to partake in the training or team building and are only looking to have MLS access and hang their license under a broker, eXp, KW, or any other big name is probably not the right fit.

I never understood why they didn't hang onto a few properties, but I guess they are sticking to what they are best at.

So it is not social media that will make you or break you... how good are you at showing your audience you are indeed credible.Once you have that mastered you can pick any venue you want... however.. what you need to ask yourself is this... where do you think motivated sellers will hang out?

Got everyone back on track now and the money is just hanging out, waiting for any further economic calamities.
