Fast forward to today, my wife and I have both transitioned from our full time medical management jobs to become full time real estate investors and real estate agents.

I am looking at ways to rent furnished to traveling medical personnel.

Hard money when you have so many properties and bank loans the bank will no longer loan to you.Use HML only in two cases:1 - Flips2 - Can't get a Doctor Appointment fast enough, and need an enema really bad, ..really fast

Basically if it's a crack house that is approaching economic obsolescence that rents for less than a couple hundred/unit, then that's Class D and if doctors, lawyers, and business executives would rent there, Class A.
