The owner warned me it may be squatter occupied, and I went to look at it myself, it bad clothes hanging and 2 locked doors that I assume someone was living in.

There obviously were some squatters living here and am leaning towards a company I have talked to to clean it out and clean the floors and walls.

I grew up in Columbus, however I have not lived there in years but I visit often.

I live in Alaska and have inquired about Series LLCs and they tell me "yes they work in Alaska".

Her and her husband would live in one unit and the other three units would be rented out. 

The plan is to rent out the top unit to a long term tenant and for us to live in the middle unit until we move out (if we ever do).
