You could show photos of the one that's done and provide a disclaimer that says something along the lines of 'this is not the actual unit, although the available listing has the same layout, features and furnishings.' 

The lot lines aren't going to change, but the layout could be a benefit to the right buyer, just as it was for you!

That taught me to always be thinking outside the box and how to position myself differently in business.Mark layout a vision board for the next 1,2,5,10 years of where you think you want to be and then work backwards on what it likely will take in hours and steps to get there.

<2,000 sq ft, simple layout construction = 1 week tops and I'd want to get it done faster.
