Hello -I have put my house on the market for the past 16 days on the MLS for rental.

Held at CAPK Friendship House, the event featured local developers Max Becerra and Eric Mora, who presented plans for over 1,600 rental units in projects like Mulberry Village and Mayflower Ranch, as well as a 110,000-square-foot retail center with the area's first grocery store.Significant city support includes a 2.5-mile sewer line and plans to annex parts of the area into Bakersfield.

I still like SFRs after 39 houses.

If you're looking for cash flow markets, there are plenty in the mid west.I would buy a duplex or tri flex, and house hack.

Generally we see very few college students in most housing around the universities here in OKC Metro. 

No one is focused on D-Class which makes me think that no one has figured out the economics of building affordable housing.

The upside is I can manage the renovation much easier, and for my first reno, it will be much easier to have a local property.
