I'm just posting to comment on what great feedback you got.  

Hello form,I have a line of thought that I was wondering if I could get feedback on.

You may want to see if you can find someone (not a friend--they want to make you happy, and you need someone who will be upfront with you instead of telling you what you want to hear)  who would be willing to "role play' with you and give you honest feedback on what might be going on. 

Let me know what other info I need to give out to get good feedback please!

Thanks for the feedback @Teri S.and Nicole Sorensen Hull the CC&R's allow us to record a lien, take them to small claims court, get a judicial foreclosure and give the owner the right to arbitrate.
