One of the features i liked about it is that is saves your ad so next time the rental is available you can make the ad "Active" so it is very easy to get it aggregated to the other sites.

They are forcing all users to obtain a paid subscription to quickbooks, which has a built-in invoicing feature that offers this payment service at the same transaction rate.

Treat it just like any other "expense", and also like any other desirable "feature"......just like if it needed a $30k roof, it decreases your purchase price by that much....assuming buyers don't see and add any value for these systems when offering.  

Use the keywords feature to get notifications when people are talking about topics you are interested in.  

Finally, use the search feature to find the answer to most of your questions as well as to look up the local meetups.

Competing against landlords that do provide these can be tough if you are stuck in the QB feature-set.  

I know a few agents who just purchase a small package to become a premier agent, just to have that on their bio, and to have some of the listing features they offer to paid agents.
