Hey Kristen, my family loves Topsail and have been investing here for a few years.

Particularly in Philadelphia where there’s a ton of red tape to navigate and construction costs are disproportionately high relative to other markets.Ten years ago I could walk into a district L&I office, complete a two page application and pick up a building permit without plans for a single family renovation the next day.

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

I currently own a 3b,2.5b single family home. 1800 sq ft.

The Plan is to come up with $400k for the down payment and for that I'll need to sell about 3 of my rentals. 2 of them are single family with a ton of upside, so I don't foresee any issues selling them.

My new wife and I are moving to FL with family because we think we'll be able to build wealth much easier here.Luckily, we'll be living with family for a bit while we get settled.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I took that money and purchased a larger single family home further out in the valley, it made my commute longer but I listen to Bigger Pockets audio books now to pass the time. 

Not a good return on investment, but I am having a blast with my family enjoying the cabin.
