Hi All,Are there lenders that offer loans for a business only purpose (i.e a business where you do not own land, building or any other equipment property).

@Danny SternJust a thought while you think about renting in class D.Police stations in neighborhoods like that don't really mean that the area is safe.I own some rentals in low income areas, and the policemen their make something like $9 - $11 an hour, and they have to pay for all their own equipment, (kevlar, etc.), poor benefits and a bad retirement package.

Appliances don't really seem to hold their value very long around here, and since most of the washers and dryers in my area are in the garage or a dingy basement, it's not like you need some high end piece of equipment to fit into the decor.

He's done everything from digging ditches, running equipment, and now has learned how to draw plans,work with subs, and has his real estate license.
