No matter what Columbus still takes the cake when talking about Ohio no way around it the population growth, job opportunities and, and rise in prices are astronomical in Columbus compared to Cleveland.That could defiantly be but from the population stats and the employment stats, for me personally, Cleveland looks pretty sketchy. cC 

It is not a high employment area, but it is a decent rural town. 

Once you become a real estate agent, you will most likely be self-employed which will make financing more difficult due to self-employment income requirements (2-years).However, I would say that there may be value to becoming a real estate agent if it's a career that you would enjoy.

With the incredible facelift that the convention center received, I fully expect a boost in employment within the service industries and that will be city wide.  

We hire companies instead of the workers directly to make sure any local employment laws are being followed.
