Hello,I am currently in the beginning stages of flipping a 1500 or so square foot single family property in the metro Atlanta area.

Basically they do real estate photos, drone aerial videos, high quality virtual staging, 3d tours, augmented reality of the homes for sale, and free brochure creation that the realtors can customize themselves and have ready almost immediately.

I am at the very initial stage of buying furniture for the rooms now.

My goal is to maximize my returns during initial stages so I can grow quickly.

I have been looking at the various websites (Zillow, Redfin, realtor - not the MLS) and see various homes that are in either stage.

Hey everyone,I'm currently in the beginning stages of converting my garage into an ADU.

A lot of "big boy" projects involved sacrificing cash flow during the early stages to get a bigger return at the end.

It’s almost as if the agent would have to take stage left and you work directly  with the homeowner.
