I'm a real estate investor from Atlanta, GA and am looking for property managers & contractors in the Huntsville, AL area. 

The contractor kept promising 2 months, it would be complete in 2 months and each time that deadline would come and go.In July I'd had enough and asked if I could take over on his behalf, be the quarterback and get this house to the finish line.

It's much easier to get quotes and have contractors doing work while it's unoccupied.

I had allowed a contractor/handyman doing work on various properties I manage and own to live on site while he was doing the work in one of the apartments. 

I plan on getting a written estimate from a reputable contractor that deals with fire damage.

I’m a self employed contractor and I just purchased my first rental, but had to get hard money through a D lender.

Also, other properties that I love in booming cities are maxi-storage or light industrial buildings that contractors or service providers can call home for their businesses. 

I’ve reached out to everyone in my life in the industry, I have interviewed a few real estate agents, contractors, I’m going to my first BP meet up next weekend.

if you are a beginning rehabber, this is a deal i would avoid, (unless you have experiences in other related areas or have researched this extensively or have asked experts i.e. structural engineers for their input), as 1) you don't know the prices your contractors would charge2) the estimated rehab costs are lumped under general categories (i.e. concrete, plumbing, electrical), but do you know which specifically/exactly you need to fix?

Where can I get the purchase and sale agreement contract or any other contracts I can use for wholesaling?
