Did the tenant display disruptive behavior?

I'll certainly be keeping that in mind as we become landlords - it will be a business, but we'll try not to screw good people over who display that they are good tenants.

If the breed of the animal means you can lose your insurance, then you can deny the animal - or rather their request for a reasonable accommodation - based on the request creating a financial hardship for you.But, since you've already allowed it, now your easiest way to get rid of them is to start giving them warnings based on the animal's behavior. 

Your behavior changes the lease terms.  

Then, you would be even more restricted as far as acceptable grounds to evict her, from my understanding of Section 8 rules.Your best bet to getting her out before November, would be to start documenting her behavior and giving her written warnings - but it would have to be behavior that is something you can evict for.Did the police come?  

I know the holidays can be a tough time of year for folks, especially perhaps RE agents given the year we've had with lower transaction volume.I'm going to assume there's also a good chance you're going through some personal stuff that would explain the behavior.

Give you the wherewithal to pursue and achieve your long-term goalsMany investors start off "too hot", and they either overdevelop their first property or they spend their money too fast: either of these behaviors will stop you dead in your tracks, and you probably won't even be able to achieve your short-term goals - and you certainly won't have the resources to pursue your long-term goals.

This is just a factor of the prices not allowing the same type of behavior that were the bad part of past environment.

That mentality is baked into the culture in both Flint and Detroit in so many places it's not funny.So, if your population can't read, has no idea what professional behavior looks like, and has a cultural aversion to working harder than the other guy (lest you take his job) you aren't left with much.

Look for drug references and other nefarious behavior
