Has anyone experienced difficulty with Finding Section 8 Voucher tenants since the new Political administration?

Also HML lenders need to be licensed so check their license against the state database to make sure they are legit.

More specifically, I'm looking to identify the individual(s) who are currently that trustees / administrators for a local property that may be in probate.
