Many municipaliteis across the country have introduced zoning legilsiation that prohibits STR as a legal use. 

I agree with the analysis of the concept of “no reviews” and “complaints of a not clean home” are not guaranteed related and oversimplifying.

I am wondering if simply attaching it to the booking stating they agree to everything in the agreement if they book your place.

What happens when occupancy drops below the agreed threshold?
