They still have junk all over the property and the mold work is not only not finished, but the seller's son who has been working the deal on their end has been lying to the realtors (both ours and theirs are from the same small town business) telling them that the guy never gave reports about what needed to he done, but he gave copies to the realtors when they asked.

We completely renovated the upstairs bathroom, updated all hardware and hinges on doors to a matte black finish, deep cleaned the whole house, bought stainless steel fridge and washer and dryer, updated all the light fixtures and fans, and tamed the front yard.

The contractor was terrible to work with and hard to get ahold of. we finally got on his schedule and he pushed us back day after day with a new excuse each time. finally, he came and did the project which took much longer than he said it would. after he finished, he sent the bill for $3,874.
