That's just me though because I don't like being bothered on my cell phone by strangers.

It starts with going on your state's website and understanding the laws of landlord/tenant obligations, not the app choice which just facilitates the management but you are the one with the knowledge to execute.

Then when I finished everything I bought an app to study vocabulary words for a month.

@Jason Ma all the major spreadsheet apps have formulas for IRR, yes.

Sounds like you used it before they had the app and still were not as developed as they are now.

I use a couple of methods but by far the easiest is to buy the OnX Hunting App.

Check tenant apps to make sure they don’t all work at one place? 

However, I have started using Google Sheets a lot more for basic spreadsheets or checklists because I like that Google Sheets are lightweight, can be easily accessed on my Google Sheets app and are automatically saved to the cloud which makes file management much easier.
