They turned out to be rather incompetent, making mistakes, correcting them, un-correcting them, correcting them again and finally cancelling my policy due to the house not meeting their criteria which has never changed.So for the last couple days I have been shopping around.

Seems to be the arguement of, if you are New how can you evaluate whether a PM is any good or not vs if your new how will you know what to do and how to avoid mistakes.  

They know something about the local market so don't need to charge junk fees to make sure they get a good deal, and rates are lower because if the worst happens, they have a local network of investors who will take it off their hands.  3. 

Are we making a mistake of going forward with this package deal.

I just stayed until noon on Saturday cause I made the mistake of sitting right at the center of the huge room and felt that walking on the guy with backpack and all was a disrespect.
