You can try getting a realtor in the area to take pics of property or virtual tour in order to see what stands out that will need to be fixed.

How did you go about finding the proper crowd funding  Rhea, I met with and toured with them twice, but have not purchased any property from them.  

I visited Memphis last week ( 2/7 - 2/10 ) and was blessed to have wonderful weather to tour a wonderful city. 

If anything, since you are so close to Philly, it'd probably be super helpful to go out there and meet some of the pros who are working with investment properties there and get the full tour.

Just like getting solid answers to your questions, if a provider can't find time to do a tour, or communication mysteriously dwindles,  you have your answer.

I toured it and the agent said that this was its SECOND full renovation in a year.   

It appears that the treehouse architect is well known from his Greenpeace work and also conducts tours with every person or group who stays there.  

One word to ur statement and question I found a motivated seller st this price.

I understand that real estate agents preform a lot of tasks ex. provide tours of properties, discover properties that fit the clients needs etc. 

How the heck do I get out of this tour now?
