Plane tickets are cheap and travel isn't that hard.

I'm in Georgia, too, and there are many people here, who would love to sue someone because they see that as their golden ticket to finally get money.

No spend every dime you make having a good time then cry about how hard you worked all your life and get government housing, food stamps, a ticket to the local food bank and meals on wheels.

Because they know, with absolutely certainty, they will be the ones who profit vs those who buy lottery tickets, etc.

My DTI is good, but even though I’m also in California and even if I’m sure there’s deals everywhere, I also feel like the entry ticket to start is a bit too high and I’d rather move and start in another state to get acquainted and feel more confident than investing here and be overwhelmed and scared.

At that point I can either put in an offer or book a plane ticket.
