The Applicant only needs to certify that "Current economic uncertainty makes this loan request necessary to support the ongoing operations of the Applicant," among other things as seen on the application.

He is requesting that all owners pay the full fee they would normally pay even if the tenants don't pay rent. 

The reason my loan delayed (generally it takes 7 days in our case it took 18 days) is due to Covid-19/refinance issues for lender and the reason my loan denied is due to change in lending terms for Jumbo Loan they requested 20% down and 15 months of reserve (Lender Estimate is for 15% down and 6 months reserve).

I feel like this delay gives me cause to say the sale is invalid for failure to execute the deed(s) in a timely manner.Should I call the court clerk, or the sheriff, to request repayment of my deposit?

Apparently, advocates have moved past a request seeking deferred payments, or other options, to simply demanding that rent be waived altogether.My concern is that regardless of whatever is offered in an attempt to explain that LLs have obligations as well, emotions are going to feed this issue and automatic unchallenged waivers of rent will be demanded by tenants on a massive national scale.

So far, 2 have reassured us on the phone, not in writing that no lump sum will be requested at the end of the term, and that our credit will not be damaged..

How are you managing the requests from your RETAIL tenants when they tell you that cannot pay the rent and need to delay or work out a payment plan. 

I requested that the living expenses I incur be taken out of future HOA dues, given that this is their oversight.
