Okay so I have always been interested in housing/real estate and I work a 9-5 focused on housing.

There's a lot of great representation for DFW here on BP! 

Bottom line- As with all lenders, hard, money lenders have a process they follow to approve deals. 

Bottom line, I am pretty unbiased about crypto.

Now life is settled down and I am looking to reembark on the journey.

I also tried calling their support line for listings, but no one answered.To investigate further, I re-listed the property with identical information but without paying for the premium $29.99 option.

I prefer small Strip malls or self storage.I need advice on how to find the deals, how to get lending on them and then how to set up the structure.I have flexibility to fly out next month is there are peers who can meet and help me out in their local markets.thanks,Paul
