The holiday shopping,GDP decrease,energy costs, dollar strenght has all been down for a while.

Go down angry the day you go to pick up the rent and serve them the notice to clean their house or quit.

When you say "foreclosure" do you mean a property that has received a Notice of Default and is in the process of being foreclosed on...or do you mean an REO property that has already been taken back by the bank?

Noticed everyone had a new one as of the last couple days.

Well, taxes actually ended up reverting back to the previous years rate and are supposed to be decreasing.

I have just started to notice some leniency on the banks parts, which I expect to get greater in the next 3-6 months.In AZ right now, there really aren't any deals on the REOs.

Is this when I give the first notice?
