you know i often wondered this myself.I think a national MLS could be an invaluable tool for a REI.it wouldnt take much to develop a nation system of this sort to be honest. getting folks to use it might though.

These are bad and should be removed.Gas furnaces of any sort must have both good venting so the combustion gas exits the house, and must have a good supply of combustion air.Jon

Correct me if I'm wrong:1.A wholesaler finds the deal from a motivated seller. 2.Secures the deal with a "subject to" purchase agreement. 3.Flips the contract over to another investor.I understand between 2 &3 the wholesaler is marketing the property to investors, but what is he telling the seller all the while.
