Hello allI just had someone reach out about renting one of my properties to use as a group home or adult care home housing adult males.Has anyone done this and what has your experience been?  

So far, i only own single-family houses and a duplex ( on investment loan).

I think the chance that Bob would be willing to take on a Cleveland 44105 house is about zero.

I asked my mom to see what they want  for the house, I have a hunch that it's payed off and they just want to offload it, they mentioned doing a quick close .. the ARV is about $220k and she's kept up with maintaining the property.I'D buy it with hard money, fix a few things while she pays me rent (the hard money interest rate)  and do a cash out refinance in 6 months.Do you think that's a good strategy?  

The house currently in question, the manager said he had an older couple apply, but they were on fixed income and wanted to sign a two or three year lease so they knew they wouldn't have to move or incur additional expenses.

Just posts that say get a lot of quotes because they can vary considerably.Need to replace a supply line from the main to the house.
