Again, no scheduled workers available, the kids and I worked 16 hour days and cleaned up that mess. 

We add value to our Vrbo by providing something from a high end bakery, sometimes cupcakes or a decorated cookies and a card with their name on it.We also provide a super clean nicely decorated lake house with lake toys.Not just an airbnb, but a vacation rental!

Where I've seen it work is when a the seller guts a property, leaving a clean canvass.

If you've been in the game for a bit, I'm sure this is great because your portfolio is looking very healthy.

Service them once a year to ensure they are clean, operational, and safe.

You just need a cleaning service to handle turnovers, the rest you can do from your phone.

Performing the job effectively is the tough part.To me that means--On time, on budget, in a workmanlike manner, and broom clean when they leave. 

Hey BP,Looking for some references for professional and experienced vacation rental cleaning companies in the Destin / Miramar Beach, Florida area.

We took a look at the house yesterday (entire block was closed off from traffic for the clean up and dumpsters, etc), and not only is the electrical panel cover rusted, but I am sure the HVAC ductwork/furnace/water heater were also all submerged, along with the central AC condenser outside the house.
