I did an eviction and got possession on May 7th and walked into a nightmare of abandoned clothes, sheets, shoes, broken furniture,food items an frifge and kitchen, garbage, etc. etc.

KKR would not share action with the public unless the show was over and they were about to off load there own garbage which in my estimation is junk bonds.

This month it was supposed to have been paid on the 3rd, then promised on the 10th when I was over there fishing out a rag and metal from their garbage disposal.

As the saying goes, Garbage in, garbage out.

I'd even house hack but it's all garbage around here and will need a lot of CapEx as well.  

I have 3 squeeze pages on my website, however I am not forcing visitors to fill them out via pop-ups and garbage pages.  

As much garbage as this city takes it is ripe with opportunity.

Not to mention if you're not in the area, want to manage the property yourself, and your tenant has a garbage disposal that breaks...it's a heck of a round trip. 

Screw that PITI garbage, and screw the 1% and 2% rule.
