@Lorelei HilzSurvey's (improvement) are not usually recorded so you won't find them online and it won't be in the appraisal district records in the rare event a survey is recorded.  

Your vacancy allocation covers 3.6 months total across all units regardless of when / why they occur (e.g. 3 weeks for 1 unit, 1 month for another, etc).

I was wondering what people here at BP thought in terms of the market adjustment that eventually will occur.

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

My favorite ways to get value out of this site are the podcasts, and the meet-up events.

It is possible the underwriter will see the payment coming out of your bank statements in subsequent months and inquire about it....but that isn't likely to occur.
