I was involved in a foreclosure, so I shared my story, and engaged people with real life examples and quickly found out that I could avoid certain pitfalls by scouring the forums on subjects I was interested in.  

The fact is, this game really isn't for everyone.  

Understand that very few people want to be engaged in the operation of their condo association and even fewer want to attend a board meeting unless it involves condo fees going up.

I was HAPPY to engage in an actual dialogue) I digress.

2) When a lead gets to the website, does the website engage that lead with inbuilt marketing features to convert them to a "prospect" - i.e. someone you can contact but they have not warmed up enough to do business with you? 

I am engaged in a slow process to convince the local planning and inspection office to allow us to use it for an addition on one of our properties.Once we are over that hurdle, the next dilemma will be finding an architect familiar with the method and a local builder and trades who are willing to learn a new way of doing things.

It is serious money and rather discovered this great site and since then hangin on to this one to educate through podcast/blogs ,network w/ other investors and engage myself by asking question in the forums.

Engage in the forums, read the blogs and listen to the podcasts.
