The middle class ponders endlessly on how to squeak out a few extra points from their fantasy football team, while the rich try to get a few extra points from their investments. 

I am looking to break into flipping in Washington and maybe California.

We entertained the idea of immediately listing it on the market without doing updates or just wholesaling the deal to another investor who has the resources to do a complete flip...Have any of you come across a situation like this? 

It was supposed to be a quick flip but then the buyer got wind from the neighbors and did an "informal" test which came back hot.

On the flip side, it is close to some C neighborhoods and riff raff.

I am interested in the flipping market as i'm very able to do the work and the work i cant do, i have friends who are in the trades who i can count on to help with the work that needs to be done the right way.

A friend of mine has used hard money for flip purposes and I am considering using it for buy/hold.My wife and I own two rental properties in the Tacoma, WA area.

I have a potential flip I'm looking at and I was wondering if there are any contractors in the Pittsburgh/Monroeville Area that would be willing to walk the property with me?

I plan on reaching my goal by flipping, wholesaling, and wholetailing. 

ok I don't buy a lot of flips anymore, but I did some in Vista,and mostly north county if I come across a great one I buy it but I get a lot of deals in my desk daily I can send you some of the ones I don't take I am more focus on multifamily and land development now.
