Not only does this look like a bluff... what you are describing matches similar phishing emails I routinely get from hackers (Russian hackers) telling me that I need to click the link to clean my account or reset my password.This is the kind of notice that is served in a letter, with a signature... not a header-less email with a deadline in 1.5 weeks.Someone probably got the "bright idea" to hire a some random VA in the Philippines for $2/hour asking them to email a database of property owners that blanket message in the hopes that someone will just reply back, cough up the money our of fear and.... voila!

Before you roll your eyes i'm not your typical investor.About me:I am a licensed(and have companies that provide) insurance,mortgage,real estate,constructionI manage 500+ propertiesI own 40+ unitsI have no problem with financing/fundingI buy 3-5 properties a year.Have wholesaled deals before so understand the actual process.I'm from the Boston area(but willing to learn from an out of state wholesaler)I have a large staff that can help with administrative aspectsI'm looking to increase the amount of properties that I buy as well as the inventory of properties for my buyers(which I have a lot of).

There is a relatively thriving economy here and there would be high demand for south Tampa housing even if MacDill AFB disappeared.With regards to the administration, they have already committed to increasing military troop levels and spending overall, thereby reducing the chances of other concerns like base closures.

However, since that is after repairs and since I wanted some equity I thought I'd offer $85k.According to the realtor:He looked at some databases that he has access to and estimated the value of the property at $200k - $225k after repairs and getting the units rented up.So, I have an experienced realtor and an experienced banker telling me 2 different things.
