What is most disappointing is my daughter lost out on a cute house and a new beginning, and I lost my trust and self esteem for a bit!  

Either way it wouldn't matter to me, I'd be more concerned if I were the woman....

We have a handy woman who is just amazing; she paints, cleans, caulks and sets tile.

When their lease comes up for renewal, I would not renew it-they are going to be trouble.They are also like used to getting their own way and perhaps thinking you are a push over as you are a woman.

I don't know that she is sick, this woman is a bit neurotic.
