I have paid coaches, a couple paid masterminds and online courses, and a BP pro membership.

To anyone who is new at wholesaling and taking the advice to call investors and build your buyers list, you are nothing more than a telemarketer and your coach is suggesting busy work to avoid the awkward conversation that finding off-market deals is very hard.

She's no idiot or Bill's coaching her big time.

My membership is just access to the educational material, which is alot, access to live coaching calls, and the facebook group. 

His coaching programs for real estate were so expensive that their sales people were taught to help you get a credit increase on your credit card to buy more of their coaching classes. 

I did Dave Del dotto coaching back in the late 80's and felt it gave me the push I needed to get out there and get that first deel. for me I think coaching is great if you are willing to do the work.

The key is getting the right coach, not just for the subject matter, but also that can relate with you the best.Good luck, and happy investing!
