We have 2 prospective realtors we know to choose from, but we also have pondered the idea of selling ourselves... with this being our first flip and not knowing too much about selling, should we stick with a realtor or should we go on a whim and try to sell the house ourselves....

Ive got questions like who pays for utilities, if there is any water damage, if there's lead paint.

When they need or choose to leave they will leave.

@Eddie SorrellIf those market rent #'s are correct, I would clearly explain this to them, and then recommend that you offer to do some minor upgrades to the units for those existing tenants.Put up a fresh coat of paint on the walls, pay for carpet cleaning (if there are carpets), do minimal upgrades to the lighting fixtures, and maybe even throwing in some USB outlets -all relatively inexpensive upgrades to your units that will help force appreciate the rent, even if they decide not to stay. 

Get some  results but the result are fairly old, so I choose "Latest" from the sort by menu. 

That being said, I think in general we can paint broad strokes of what Portland will look like. 

He was given a longer lease for doing "Favors" which I believe was painting and cleaning his unit and maybe a few other things.But this extended lease was not disclosed during escrow.
