We do regular maintenance inspections to catch leak problems and try to prevent leaks by replacing water lines before they wear out.

It's just a number used to loop in retail buyers using search criteria on redfin/zillow/etc (so you list it at $749,999 when you want $850k in order to catch the people searching zillow for "up to $750k").

Tenants a living paycheck to paycheck, so, if they have an emergency, they might chose to repair the car, before they pay rent, thinking that they'll catch up with the next paycheck....and then that doesn't work out.

Because the lending agent has run your numbers as is actually ready to fund your purchase.The Pre-Qualification Letter will state that the lender will fund a purchase of $xxk at a given rate for the property you've selected - - that's a loan approval for a specific property.Kind of catch-22; you need to disclose a property & price before you've made the offer.

Take photo's of damage, Call the police dept to report the attempted break in and ask the police to come out to see damage and take a report.
