I just took possession of 1385 sq ft 3 bed in San Antonio.

The house is in the historical district and is a 3 bed/2 bath with an outside garage/storage. 

Previous rents for (2) 3 bed 1 bath units were at $925.

I wanted some help in analyzing this deal. 1 bed/1 bath 645 sq ft. condo. 

They both charge $350/week for a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. 

Hypothetically speaking, the IL locations I chose are near the University, I am very familiar with leasing by the bed space/student housing, therefore my primary focus there would be to target college families that come in to town for their students for graduation purposes, sporting events, etc.

Insurance: in Indy paying $68 a month for $130,000 purchase price (2 bed, 1 bath, detached garage, no basement) that I closed on March 2023.

Decent neighborhood.Unit A: 2 bed 1 bath (partial finished basement with second bedroom), well cared for, no immediate updates needed.

It is a 3 bed 2 bath, but part of the basement we could convert this small family room into a 4th bedroom.

The upstairs living area and basement are segregated, with a 3 bed, 1.5 bath in each unit.
